After growing up in a dusty West Texas town, Claire wanted to see the world. She has lived in eight countries and traveled to more than forty. Claire and her family now make Colorado their home where they hike, bike, ski, and bowl.
In 2016 Claire joined the team at TV8 Vail's local morning show--Good Morning Vail. During the daily 2-hour show Claire provides weather updates, conducts interviews, and informs viewers about community-relevant information in order to enhance their experience at Vail and Beaver Creek resorts.
Claire is the author of the humorous memoir State-Sponsored Sex and Other Tales of International Misadventure, the children's book Rascal: A Meowmoir and the Kindle Short Read Skingripe. She is a May 2012 graduate of the inaugural cohort of the City University of Hong Kong Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing Program.
